Deep groove ball bearing with seals or shields

Single row deep groove ball bearings with seals or shields are particularly versatile, have low friction and are optimized for low noise and low vibration, which enables high rotational speeds. They accommodate radial and axial loads in both directions, are easy to mount, and require less maintenance than many other bearing types. The integral sealing can significantly prolong bearing service life because it keeps lubricant in the bearings and contaminants out.Integral sea

Knowledge and introduction of bearings    :

Hydraulic clutch bearing, also known as the throw-out bearing, is an essential component in the automobile transmission system, particularly in vehicles equipped with a manual transmission. Here's a detailed introduction to the hydraulic clutch bearing:

Definition:The hydraulic clutch bearing is a critical part of the automobile clutch assembly, installed within the clutch housing. It operates through the clutch pedal, displacing the release lever to drive the pressure plate against spring pressure, thus facilitating the separation of the clutch pressure plate from the flywheel during gear shifting.

Function:The primary function of the hydraulic clutch bearing is to ensure smooth and quick separation and engagement of the clutch, enabling smooth gear shifting. When the driver presses the clutch pedal, the release bearing pushes the release lever, causing the clutch pressure plate to separate from the flywheel and interrupt the transmission of engine power to the gearbox. Upon releasing the pedal, the spring pressure re-engages the pressure plate with the flywheel, restoring power.

Structural Features:The hydraulic clutch bearing typically consists of rolling elements (such as steel balls or cylindrical rollers), inner and outer rings, cages, and seals. It can be categorized into ball bearings and roller bearings. Ball bearings offer high rotation accuracy and low friction, suitable for high-speed, light-load applications, while roller bearings have a strong load-bearing capacity, ideal for heavy-load, low-speed scenarios. To adapt to the clutch's working environment, the release bearing often uses self-lubrication or forced lubrication and is designed with dust-proof and waterproof structures for long-term stability and durability.

Working Principle:When the driver presses the clutch pedal, a series of mechanical connections ultimately push the release bearing axially. The outer ring of the release bearing contacts the release lever on the clutch pressure plate, and through the rolling action of the rolling element, the release lever is pushed outward, forcing the clutch pressure plate to separate from the flywheel and interrupting the transmission of engine power to the gearbox. When the clutch pedal is released, the spring pressure causes the pressure plate to press the flywheel again, restoring power.

Performance Requirements:The hydraulic clutch bearing must meet certain performance requirements, including high load capacity, low friction, and resistance to wear and tear. It should also be able to withstand the harsh conditions of the transmission system, such as high temperatures and dirt ingress, ensuring reliable operation over the long term.

Applications:Hydraulic clutch bearings are used in manual gearboxes, robotized gearboxes, and double clutch gearboxes. They are designed to engage and disengage the clutch via the diaphragm spring and pressure plate, with provisions to guide the fork or piston radially.

In summary, the hydraulic clutch bearing plays a vital role in the operation of manual transmissions, providing a smooth and efficient means of engaging and disengaging the clutch during gear changes.
