BEARINGS
Full range of bearing product solutions
Rotary table bearing is a special structural large bearing that can simultaneously withstand large axial loads, radial loads, and overturning moments, and integrates multiple functions such as support, rotation, transmission, and fixation.
Basic structure
Rotary bearings are usually composed of four major components: inner ring, outer ring, rolling element, and isolation block. Due to the use of rotary bearings in the core components, they can withstand both axial and radial forces simultaneously. There are many forms, but the structural composition is basically the same.
From left to right are (upper part): 1. Outer ring (with teeth or without teeth) 2. Sealing belt 3. Rolling element (ball or roller) 4. Oil nozzle from left to right are (lower part): 1. Plug 2. Cone pin 3. Inner ring (with teeth or without teeth) 4. Isolation block or holder 5. Installation hole (thread hole or light hole)
01 series turntable bearings
The single row four point contact ball type turntable bearing consists of four main parts: inner ring, outer ring, steel ball, and isolation block. It has a compact structure, light weight, and four point contact between the steel ball and the circular raceway, which can withstand both axial and radial forces simultaneously. Construction machinery such as rotary conveyors, welding operators, small and medium-sized cranes, and excavators can all be selected.
02 series turntable bearings
The double volleyball type turntable bearing has three seat rings, and the steel balls and isolation blocks can be directly arranged into the upper and lower raceways. According to the force conditions, two rows of steel balls with different diameters are arranged on the upper and lower raceways. This open assembly is very convenient, with a bearing angle of 90 ° for both the upper and lower arc raceways, which can withstand large axial forces and overturning moments. When the radial force is greater than 0.1 times the axial force, the raceway must be specially designed. The axial and radial dimensions of the double row differential diameter ball type rotary bearing are relatively large, and the structure is tight. Especially suitable for loading and unloading machinery such as tower cranes and truck cranes that require a diameter of medium or above.
Series turntable bearings
Single row cross roller type turntable bearing, composed of two seat rings, has a compact structure, light weight, high manufacturing accuracy, small assembly clearance, and high installation accuracy requirements. The rollers are arranged in a 1:1 cross arrangement, and can withstand axial force, overturning moment, and large radial force at the same time. It is widely used in lifting transportation, engineering machinery, and military products.
Series turntable bearings
The three row roller type turntable bearing has three seat rings, with the upper, lower, and radial raceways separated, allowing the load on each row of rollers to be accurately determined. Capable of withstanding various loads simultaneously, it is the one with the largest load-bearing capacity among the four products. It has large axial and radial dimensions and a sturdy structure, making it particularly suitable for heavy-duty machinery that requires larger diameters, such as bucket wheel excavators, wheel cranes, marine cranes, port cranes, steel and water transport turntables, and large tonnage truck cranes.
Lightweight series turntable bearings
Lightweight rotary bearings have the same structural form as ordinary rotary bearings, with light weight and flexible rotation. Widely used in the fields of food machinery, filling machinery, environmental protection machinery, etc.
HS series turntable bearings
The single row four point contact ball type turntable bearing consists of two seat rings, with a compact structure and four point contact between the steel ball and the circular raceway. Mainly used on machinery such as car cranes, tower cranes, excavators, pile drivers, engineering work vehicles, radar scanning equipment, etc. that withstand overturning moments, vertical axial forces, and horizontal inclination forces.
HJ series turntable bearings
Single row cross roller type turntable bearing, composed of two seat rings, has a compact structure, high manufacturing accuracy, small assembly clearance, and high installation accuracy requirements. The rollers are arranged in a 1:1 cross arrangement, and can withstand axial forces, overturning moments, and large radial forces simultaneously. It is widely used in transportation, engineering machinery, and military products.
