BEARINGS
Full range of bearing product solutions
Cross roller bearing is a special type of bearing with inner ring segmentation and outer ring rotation. Due to its special structure, it is commonly used as a joint bearing in industrial robots
The design of cross tapered roller bearings can provide high rotational accuracy and stiffness in a small space, significantly saving material costs. This type of bearing involves installing two sets of bearing raceways and rollers in a right angled cross pattern together, with adjacent rollers facing opposite directions. Isolation blocks are installed between the rollers, and supporting washers are also installed on the rollers, allowing the two halves of the rollers to fit into the same space. The angle and conical geometry of the bearing make the effective span of the bearing several times larger than the actual width of the bearing itself.
Suitable for high-speed machine tool applications, such as vertical boring machines and vertical grinding machines. It is also particularly suitable for many devices with limited space and high requirements for rotational accuracy.
It has excellent rotational accuracy, and the internal structure of the cross roller bearing adopts rollers arranged in a 90 ° perpendicular to each other, which is also the name of the cross roller bearing. The rollers are equipped with spacing retainers or isolation blocks between them, which can prevent the tilting of the rollers or mutual grinding between the rollers, effectively preventing the increase of rotational torque. In addition, there will be no one side contact or locking phenomenon of the rollers; Meanwhile, due to the segmented structure of the inner and outer rings of the standard cross roller bearing, the clearance can be adjusted, allowing for high-precision rotational motion even when preloading is applied.
